Lovely bright, warm and clean 2-window studio for rent at £200 per month (Edinburgh Palette’s rent is £230 pm). It’s on the 2nd floor in the West Wing and would suit a clean & not too noisy use. Available from Monday 16th July. Contact Jane Buxton on 07469 887 958 to arrange a viewing.
I have a two window studio, on the sixth floor (south facing) and am looking for someone who would like to share the space. I use the space for drawing and painting on weekdays 9-4pm (Fridays only until midday), so it would be ideal for someone who would like the space for evenings and weekends. £115 per month. Available from end of September.
If you haven’t already found a place of your own here in our hive of studios, now is your time. We have just one or two studios left available for rent after our building works created a few extra spaces. Sharing is an option. Just contact the office on 0131 661 1924 to find out more and book a viewing.
Claire and I have a space available in our studio as our 3rd person is leaving.
It’s available from the 1st of Februaryfor £120 per month which includes unlimited internet and the furniture that is in there now (or if you don’t want it we can get rid of it for you). It is approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Ideally we would like someone who spends time in the studio during the week and enjoys a cosy, homely atmosphere.
