I use the space for drawing and painting on weekdays 9-4pm (Fridays only until midday), so it would be ideal for someone who would like the space for evenings and weekends. £115 per month. It’s available from the 1st of February for £120 per month which includes unlimited internet and the furniture that is in there now (or if you don’t want it we can get rid of it for you). It is approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Ideally we would like someone who spends time in the studio during the week and enjoys a cosy, homely atmosphere.
