LEVEL 5 & 6 POLE FITNESS AND DANCE
6 WEEK COURSE

LEVEL 5 (INTERMEDIATE 2):
Inverts, leg hangs, hip holds and laybacks not a challenge? Level 5 is for you. In this level we will build upon moves from Level 4 to create some gravity defying combinations and moves. Feel like you’re flying as you build strength and coordination.

LEVEL 6 (ADVANCE):
Congratulations! You have a whole range of moves in your arsenal to start working on those moves you only dreamt you could do when you started. Utilising the strength, flexibility, coordination and courage built up over previous levels you’ll learn some amazing tricks and start to work on putting them together in your own transitions.


PLEASE NOTE: Your course is held at the same time each week for 6 weeks. If you book onto one course please make sure you can commit to 6 weeks of the same day and time each week. Courses payments are non refundable or transferable. Payment for courses is by bank transfer as there is no card machine at the studio.
