LEVEL 1 & 4 POLE FITNESS AND DANCE
6 WEEK COURSE

LEVEL 1 (FOUNDATIONS):
New to pole fitness or done a few classes here and there? Level 1 is the perfect start to your pole journey. Over the 6 weeks you’ll learn how to move around the pole, a range of spins, transitions and floorwork to build strength, fluidity and confidence. At the end of the 6 weeks, once you’ve mastered all of the Level 1 syllabus with correct technique, you’ll be invited to move up to Level 2! Perfect for all levels.

LEVEL 4 (INTERMEDIATE 4):
You can now invert comfortably, know a range of climbs, sits, spins and transitions. Level 4 introduces you to a whole new level of inverted pole tricks, transitions and combinations. Your feet will barely touch the ground! Leg hangs, laybacks and hip holds will add some seriously impressive moves to your ever expanding pole repertoire.


PLEASE NOTE: Your course is held at the same time each week for 6 weeks. If you book onto one course please make sure you can commit to 6 weeks of the same day and time each week. Courses payments are non refundable or transferable. Payment for courses is by bank transfer as there is no card machine at the studio.
