Claire and I have a space available in our studio as our 3rd person is leaving.
It’s available from the 1st of February for £120 per month which includes unlimited internet and the furniture that is in there now (or if you don’t want it we can get rid of it for you). It is approximately 2.5m x 2.5m. Ideally we would like someone who spends time in the studio during the week and enjoys a cosy, homely atmosphere.

I have a north facing three window studio ( 5 x 5 mt approx) to share between us two.
My studio is on the sixth floor with great views over the sea and Fife and a beautiful and clean northern light.
All utilities bills included.
Ideal for a maker (jeweller, painter, sculptor, potter or another glass artist), as my studio occasionally might be a bit noisy (grinder, hammering) and dusty. It’s not appropriate for a computer or textile artist.
I do work at the studio full time Monday to Friday and would like to find a studio mate more focused on evenings and weekends, but I am open to almost anything!
