This is a course to introduce you into the amazing world of fired paint on glass.
Suitable for complete beginners and perfect for those who wants to bring their stained glass practice into another level.
On this course we’ll cover he basis of working with glass paint: how to mix glass paint, various painting techniques, and kiln firing.
During the first day each student will have the chance to paint several test to practice different techniques.
The second day we’ll study the results and we’ll paint a bigger project.
This last work will be fired overnight and can be collected the week after or you can arrange it to be posted to your home.
Small groups (max 5 students) for plenty of personal tuition.
This course enable you to run the next Level Two course “Silver stain and enamels”
Saturday 10 am to 3 pm (with half an hour break for lunch)
Sunday 10 pm to 1 pm.
