Eye pillows are great to use in yoga and in meditation. Eye pillows are designed to soothe and relax tired eyes and allow you to fully relax in savasana.
Join Panda Yoga and Kitwit for this eye pillow workshop on Sunday 19th November from 1-3pm.
We’ll spend an hour in the Kitwit studio making your own eye pillow from a selection of fabric provided or bring your own if you’ve something special that you wish to use.
Then we’ll move upstairs for an hour of yin yoga using our eye pillows to fully relax and leave you totally chilled.
