Storytelling:Hub at Madelvic House

We would like to invite you to come along to the Storytelling:Hub event on Sunday  20th December, to experience some great storytelling and music, in the setting of a specially created installation of sculpted lanterns and stars at this historic building.

The magical light up stars have been made by local children working with facilitators Janis Hart and Wendy Wager to express their wishes for the future.  The stories and music will be performed as part of the interactive installation. The event, including a wee drop of mulled wine or hot chocolate with a mince pie is FREE!

Donations sought for Christmas Homeless | Crisis Skylight

Crisis at Christmas will be running for the third year in Edinburgh this year, and aims to provide food, company, services and activities for 400 homeless guests over Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. The event will be run by over 300 volunteers and we will be serving approximately 1000 hot meals to our guest over the 3 days. We are looking for donations to help us meet this target.

We would be delighted if you would consider helping us to reach our ambitious goal by donating items from our art wish list. Providing these will help our guests to have an inspiring and enjoyable Christmas.
