Relax Kids – Chill Skills program has been specially devised to help kids for 9+ and into their teen years improve their learning potential by providing them with tools and resources to manage their emotions in a positive way. Chill Skills helps teenagers to relax and de-stress with a variety of relaxation and mindfulness exercises. The classes help improve mental and physical health.
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm
This class is for more experienced students who should have a regular home practice. Students should be familiar with head and shoulder stand and be ready to work on some Intermediate poses and Pranayama (controlled breathing).
