New Yoga classes for all the family

5St Margaret’s House gain new Yoga classes specialized for pregnancy and children. Martina, certified Yoga Teacher and full-time mum of two boys is founder of Easy Peasy Yoga – from bump to birth and after. Easy Peasy offers gentle but firm preparation for birth in Prenatal classes on Wednesday 5-6pm in G25 and Tuesday 6.15-7.15pm in Studio 6.17.

Classes for Mum&Baby every Wednesday from 9.30-10.15am (G25) are the most beautiful way to relax and find an easy and comforting way to connect with your baby. Deeper and longer sleep, dealing with colic problems, motor skills development, again only few of the benefits from Yoga postures for babies.

And every first Saturday from 10.15-11am is reserved for some relaxation at the beginning of weekend and lots and lots of fun in Family classes tailored so all members of the family can enjoy it. And remember nothing is impossible in a Yoga class for children. Or grown ups.

First Family Yoga class starts on 6th December and promotional price is 3 pounds per family.

Upcoming conference | Copyright and Cultural Heritage 2.0

Taking place in The Scottish National Gallery, this conference will examine how copyright owners and creators, such as photographers, can licence and protect their creative output in a digital economy.

 

The conference will hear from senior representatives of the cultural heritage sector on how these changes will affect access to our shared cultural heritage.
