A resident artist of St Margaret’s and member of the Edinburgh Digital Photography Meetup Group has informed us of a photography weekend taking place in Pitlochry on 21 – 23 November. The weekend includes talks, workshops and photography walks in the local area.
Following on from last year’s successful event in Glencoe with Colin Prior, we are delighted to announce that this year’s trip will take place in Pitlochry. Once more we have secured a guest speaker of the highest calibre in Danny Green, Danny is one of the worlds most respected wildlife photographers and is a member of Canon’s Ambassador programme. Our venue will be Scotlands Hotel and Spa. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Pitlochry train station with good links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Perth.
The cost is based on 2 people sharing a twin/double room and is £180 for two nights DBB.
If you would like a single occupancy room the cost is £225.
Non Photography partners are welcome to come along for the reduced rate of £115.
A £20 deposit is required to secure a place with the FINAL balance due on November 1st. With the new Paypal account for the group if you wish to pay in instalments you can do so.
