News Community News Help Saras Feijoo bring her show to Brighton Fringe

Memories of a Lullaby is a one woman show based on a (my) true life-story about growing up in Venezuela between horror and beauty, desperation and hope, the need to remember and the wish to forget.

Memories of a Lullaby questions how social-political conditions shape us as individuals, while attempting to give a perspective on how our realities differ greatly depending on where we are born and raised in the world.

The show is a hard hitting immersive experience of the sometimes shocking day to day existence that many people face throughout the world, and skilfully combines physical political theatre with visual art elements to give a full-on, yet tender, performance by a performer with first hand experience of the events she portrays.

Few days ago, Saras launched a Kickstarter campaign for Memories of a Lullaby that will help towards the cost of finishing the show and take it to the Brighton Fringe 2016!

Memories of a Lullaby has won the EncoreInsure First Brighton Fringe Bursary which is great! but only covers the registration fee to participate at the Festival.
