Private view Saturday 12, from 12:00pm   Collidoscope showcases five artists form five disciplines, colliding together to show their latest works in St Margaret's House.   The exhibition crosses traditional art and craft bounderies and features artists from Scotland, Poland and Taiwan showing painting, sculpture, textile, print and pottery. Artists and crafts makers who would never otherwise collide are coming together to create something magical.

Bidding starts 4:00 pm Leah Robb has a very diverse approach to art-making ranging from figure drawings to psychological portraiture, from filmmaking to political street art. The auction revisits her journey there, with works up for purchase going as far back as 1992.

Upward Mobility and Edinburgh Palette are hosting the first Postcard Art Auction.  Artists on every floor of the Edinburgh Palette building, including UPMO, are invited to collect a free postcard sized piece of MDF and to cover it in art of their choosing.

Several visual artists holding studios in St Margaret's House have created installations and displays in shopfronts along Rose Street for Christmas. The project was curated by Karl Finn Graham, and has been made possible through partnership funding from Essential Edinburgh.
