in support of UN 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence

27 and 28 November, 2017

Edinburgh Napier are seeking applications from charities, makers, producers and sellers of goods for their International Bazaar in support of UN 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence on Monday, 27 November, 2017 at the Merchiston campus (10 Colinton Road, EH10 5DT) and / or on Tuesday, 28 November, 2017 atthe  Sighthill campus (Sighthill Court, EH11 4BN).

They are planning a colourful and vibrant event full of sounds and scents, so please be imaginative and creative in your display ideas. All participants will be asked to adhere to Health and Safety standards (a risk assessment will be provided) and if you are producing food items ensure they are produced in areas that have been inspected and adhere to food standards regulations. Note there will be no refrigeration facilities, so all food items must be saleable at room temperature.

If your business is accepted, we request a deposit of £10.00 to hold your stall if you are selling goods or an email confirmation if you represent a charity offering advice. If you would like to share a stand with someone, please let us know. The deposit will be refunded the day of the event. In addition we are requesting a small donation of 5% of your takings to a maximum of £20.00 to be given to a relevant charity.
