life

We live in The Culture of the Sperm: competing all the time to be the best and/or the most, even if that means to kill some people or push them down on the way… It is the goal that matters over anything else around us.

The culture of the sperm is taking our soul away, killing us slowly, destroying who we are and our surroundings.

For the last month and a half, I have been asking people about the Ovum. Once mature, the Ovum leaves the Ovary. Sucked by the Fallopian tube the Ovum make its way to the Uterus where it will meet with many spermatozoa. I didn’t meet a person who was entirely sure what an Ovum was!…

Perhaps, in this Culture of the Sperm, it is not that important to see the other side. Yes, the other side! A Spermatozoon alone, moving inside the woman’s body or down the toilet, has no meaning whatsoever.

From this side, The Culture of the Ovum is about being: being in the process, being in the moment, being in the journey, being within yourself… because it seems that – as part of the totality as we are – everything will fall into place whenever it needs to in order to make things happen. It is in this process, where I believe, Hope is situated: a state of being instead of becoming.

We need The Culture of the Ovum in order to balance our own realities!

In this exhibition, you can only touch it with your soul.
