Construction of the Edinburgh CORE will be demand- led. This means the coverage and route of the network will be determined by demand from local businesses.
Edinburgh will soon be home to a new, state-of-the-art pure fibre network, known as the Edinburgh CORE. Built by infrastructure provider CityFibre, the CORE will deliver affordable, ultra-fast internet connectivity to Edinburgh’s business community through local internet service provider, Commsworld.
Whether or not the provisional route passes your business, we urge you to register your interest online and encourage neighbouring businesses to do the same. Only by registering your interest can you ensure the final network route reaches you.
