Yin Yoga classes held at Panda Yoga Studio on Wednesdays at 5.10pm and 6.20pm

Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.

Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.

Only £24 (£20 students) for 4 classes. Blocks of classes valid 1 November to 13th December. Additional classes £6 or individual classes can be booked for £7
