Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. You don’t need to be flexible to do these classes as we’ll work on slowly improving flexibility over time.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.
This course is suitable for beginners as well as those who have done yoga before.
£30 for a block of 5 classes starting Wednesday 3rd January 5.10-6.10pm or 6.20-7.20pm
