Panda Yoga Edinburgh is running two yin yoga classes from 7th January 2019
Monday 7-8pm and Wednesday 5-6pm
Classes are £28 for a block of 4 January classes or £8 drop in.
Yin yoga is a slow style of yoga that works on slowly and gently stretching the muscles and fascia by holding poses for up to five minutes. This course is perfect for those that have never done yoga, aren’t flexible and needs some relaxation in your life.
Mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are all provided so no need to buy anything to join this course. Wear loose comfortable clothes and as we hold poses for a long period, you may wish to wear long sleeves and bring socks.
