This jewellery making class is a fun, relaxing and creative event where you will upcycle broken and discarded jewellery and transform them into exciting new wearable pieces.
You’ll learn basic jewellery techniques to enable you to take old jewellery apart and how to use jump rings, clasps, findings, decorative wire, beading, eye pins, head pins and get to grips with small hand tools like cutters, round nose pliers and chain nose pliers.
By the end of the class, you will be the proud owner of some new sustainable jewellery, just the thing for the eco-conscious.

You’re welcome to bring broken fashion jewellery with you if you’d like some guidance with mending or you may wish to incorporate them into your designs.
We are happy to receive donations of any unwanted jewellery.

Refreshments, materials and equipment will be provided during the workshop. Spaces are limited and advance booking is essential to secure your place.
