Welcome the energies of the Spring and explore all its gifts! Together we will make a little journey supported by the teachings of the Medicine Wheel and will explore the East direction, the energy of Spring and new beginnings. The energy of the rising sun will be our guide and the sight of the eagle will further our inner vision. Through guided imagery, intuitive painting, and journaling we will listen to the season and connect with its deepest rhythm.

When: Saturday the 21st of March, 3-5pm
Exchange: £22.00 per person (£18.00 Concession). All the materials will be provided: acrylic paints, paper, paintbrushes, aprons, towels, sponges, etc.
Everyone is welcome and no experience in painting or meditation is required.
