I am delighted to share with you my dear project regarding self-image. This is a really important topic that I am investing from my early stages as an artist and developed as a psychology research that I designed during my bachelor’s degree.
This workshop combines both art-therapy techniques as well as a presentation with some knowledge that I gained during my research. This section aims to discover more oneself from a different perspective as well feel part of a community that might share similar struggles. The outcome of the workshop is to leave with some self-acceptance and knowledge about a deeper part of oneself.
In order to leave the room with positive energies, it will include a short mindfulness moment. As it is a group journey, participants are free to share their experiences or just listen if they prefer. But also, as an individual journey, each person can just take notes of their thoughts to reflect on them independently.
The workshop can be booked by email and a copy of the ticket will be provided, or you can just join and pay at the start of the workshop.23
