Yoga is most effective when practised regularly so at Yoga Now studio we offer a big discount when booking for a term of classes (£8 or £9 per class, compared to £12 pay by the class). We also understand that life can be busy, so we offer you the chance to make up any missed classes by attending any other suitable class within the term, if space allows.

Iyengar yoga is a safe and structured approach to yoga. We build on the actions learnt in simpler poses to take you step by step towards more challenging postures. We use equipment to ensure everyone can progress at their own pace, adapting postures to suit individual ability, so it really is suitable for everyone. We can help you if you are particularly stiff or have health issues – most people find yoga to be very helpful for relieving the symptoms (and often tackling the cause) of minor health complaints. Iyengar yoga teachers are very well trained at adapting postures to suit individual needs. If you are already used to exercise you will progress quickly through the levels and find yoga a fascinating and beneficial subject.

Yoga Now studio is a lovely space, fully equipped, including a rope wall which is very versatile – it can help support the body in longer resting poses and also assist with more challenging backbends and inversions. Yoga Now studio is a purpose made space with a sprung floor, soft lighting and a rope wall. The studio provides all the equipment, including mats (although you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer). Please wear stretchy clothing and bare feet.
