Iyengar Yoga develops strength, alignment, focus, flexibility and more. Using physical postures as a beginning Iyengar Yoga encourages the spread of intelligence throughout the body, a growth of self awareness and a practice that is a ‘meditation in action’.

Join Jennifer for this taster session in Iyengar, in Yoga Now the purpose-built body studio. All mats provided, but please wear stretchy clothing.

All Giving & Learning events are on a pay what you feel they are worth basis, with proceeds going directly to Re-Act in aid of displaced refugees in Europe. There will also be donation buckets in the Ground Floor lobby for you to drop in any warm winter clothes, waterproof jackets, shoes and socks throughout the week.
