Some previous experience is required for this drop-in class. You should be able to hold Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand) for 3 – 5 minutes, using appropriate support for your shoulders.
This is a chance to try an Iyengar class at Yoga Now, to see if you like it, before the start of term. If you decide to book for the term, you can take advantage of the term pass which is the cheapest way to attend classes and is only available at the start of the term.
