Workshops Drop-in Iyengar yoga classs

Try an Iyengar yoga class to see if you like it, before the term starts and take advantage of the term pass (only available at the start of term) and get your classes at the cheapest rate.
In this class the basic poses are introduced, with full instruction, so you learn the correct alignment. Over the term, you will build strength and flexibility but after just your first class, you should feel both energised and calm.
