Workshops Antidote to the festival – Free vinyasa yoga for August

For the last month of my yoga teacher training with MUDRA Yoga, I will be running some free classes throughout August. This is an opportunity for you to come and try yoga, see the studio, find out if you like my style of teaching and meet new friends, and a chance for me to try out different things and practice before I start teaching for real in September. Bring your friends, bring your family, bring your colleagues, bring anyone you like!

Classes are free but there will be a bucket should you wish to give a pound or so towards the studio hire (basically like a fringe show!).

I will be teaching vinyasa yoga and gentle vinyasa and the classes will run as follows:

Every Thursday in August

Saturday 12th August

Gentle vinyasa – Perfect for people who are brand new to yoga or who want to ease into the weekend after a big night at the festival. We will focus on breathwork, gentle movement and relaxation.

Vinyasa yoga – Rinse out the excesses of the festival season with a faster paced, more dynamic class. People who are new to yoga are still very welcome, and there will be lots of movement and fun things to try.

Panda yoga studio is a small intimate space so I can take a maximum of 10 students so please message me or comment if you’d like to book a space and don’t forget to let me know if you can’t make it.
