Featuring Colin Wilson & Neil Ogg Preview Friday 12 January Sweet F. A. showcases paintings by Edinburgh based artists Neil Ogg and Colin Wilson. Having met while studying at Duncan of Jordanstone in Dundee, the two artists now share a studio at St Margaret’s House. This exhibition presents two separate bodies of work created in a space of shared influences over the last year and a half.

Giving & Learning Week

A week worth of collaborative events and learning activities, led by resident artists, makers and instructors. All of the workshops are themed around bigger ideas of giving, sharing and learning. All proceeds from the diverse programme of participatory events will go towards Re-Act Edinburgh and their good work with displaced refugees across Europe.

Private view Friday 22 January 2016 XLA is an art project that has spanned the past three years. However it has been 23 years in the making. The term XLA originates from the medical term for X-linked Agammaglobulinemia, a rare immune condition that I was born with. The work is themed around life living with a medical condition that has both hindered and helped my growth as a person.

Private view Friday 22 January 2016 In this exhibition I will show paintings and drawings and some monoprints. Making different kinds of marks is partly an expression of how I am feeling and partly it’s a response to what I am seeing. Sometimes I'm more concerned with the making of marks and abstracting from the figure than I am with the figure itself. In fact representation has become the least of my worries.

The TMFC Mini Gallery Residency

Rose Street Project
