New work by painter and printmaker, Alan Chapman; experimental works
Alan Chapman is an Edinburgh-based painter and printmaker, who trained at Teesside College of Art and Sunderland College of Art, graduating with BA (Hons) Fine Art in 1980.
His current work combines painting, collage and printmaking techniques to produce sheets of pure colour.

Whilst, on the other, they embrace the space before them as an opportunity to collaborate, display and discuss their works, creating an open space in which they show exactly what they’d do given half a chance…

In this workshop you will learn all basic jewellery skills. We will go through basic skills such as piercing, filling, soldering and finishing jewellery to more advance techniques such as stonesetting. You will learn the skills on real projects such as making a ring or pendant. Part of the class is also improving your design skills.
There will be individual study plan designed specially for each person depending on your needs and experiences.

Laughter yoga is good for the mind, good for the heart and good for the soul. You feel human, you feel divine. A great way to start your week. Tones abdominal muscles and facial muscles, assists breathing, beats depression and stress, boosts immune system and makes you feel fantastic. Do come along and ask for Jane.
6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
This class is suitable for Beginners as well as those wishing to study the basic asanas (poses). In Iyengar yoga we begin by learning the correct physical alignment in simpler poses with natural breathing. This works to correct misalignment in the body, which could otherwise cause pain and injury and also to quieten the mind. The poses can be physically challenging but we use props to enable everyone to work to their best pose and each class ends with relaxation.
