Creativity for Wellbeing

Friday 26 January
2:15 pm - 4:45 pm

This is a process art workshop where the emphasis is on using creativity to connect with ourselves and each other. We will engage in structured settling, making and reflective exercises. In the making activities, we will experience the playing and sharing of materials without the pressure of having to produce art. Thus, the freedom which invites insight into life is revisited and, being contained within the group process, we can be empowered to move on from any stuck places into greater freedom.
