Un-Cooked: A Raw Food Workshop

Thursday 6 July
12:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In this workshop we will explore raw food and create together 3 plant-based recipes and raw preparation techniques. The recipes covered are: Fattoush salad with crackers, Courgetti with creamy avocado sauce, and Chocolate brownies.
Azra and Marie-Anne will explain the benefits of including raw food into your daily meals and we will share some of the food prepared.
