Relax Kids (ages 4-6) & (ages 7-10)

The Relax Kids classes have a theme which for this term will be Explorer Adventures. The classes  follow a 7 step format which incorporates movement, games, stretching, massage, breathing, positive affirmations and relaxation. Each session is aimed at supporting the mental, physical and emotional well-being of the child whilst building self esteem and confidence.
