Every Friday 10.30 – 11.30 Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga style which targets fascia (deep layer of connective tissue) surrounding muscles. These tissues are often tight due to posture and stress, so working on them can have a dramatic effect on your well-being.

Our classes are fun and friendly. They introduce different artists and techniques each week. Children get to use a variety of materials and are encouraged to further their ability and imagination. Working in a rage of 2d and 3d mediums, we meet children where they are, all abilities are welcome.

This level is suitable for people who have done the Beginners class or have some previous experience of Iyengar yoga.
