Yin Yoga is a slow paced yoga style which targets fascia (deep layer of connective tissue) surrounding muscles. These tissues are often tight due to posture and stress, so working on them can have a dramatic effect on your well-being.

Our classes are fun and friendly. They introduce different artists and techniques each week. Children get to use a variety of materials and are encouraged to further their ability and imagination. Working in a rage of 2d and 3d mediums, we meet children where they are, all abilities are welcome.

THE MCPHERSON DANCE STUDIO – DANCE CLASSES FOR ALL AGES

This level is suitable for people who have done the Beginners class or have some previous experience of Iyengar yoga. We concentrate on standing poses at this level and introduce a range of sitting poses, twists, backbends, shoulder stand and restorative poses.

An evening of talks relating to how the founder of the charity, The Nepal Schools Trust, started it up after spending time in Nepal white water kayaking, the work they do there in schools (including building a newly opened school for deaf children) as well as a Nepali meal.
Tickets are free, however donations are invited with a minimum of £10 to cover the costs of venue and food (vegetarian and meat options).
