News Crowdfunder | Lapin is Hungry

If you are familiar with Le Petit Monde puppet shows, you will know they are bilingual and most importantly, entirely accessible to all non French speakers, which makes us unique in the children theatre world.

Lapin, pictured adjacent, and his chums are very popular throughout the UK and my bilingual way of writing is efficient in introducing the French language to young children without teaching them.

To paraphrase a review we got in Brighton Fringe Festival, ‘the children learn new French words, not through being told or taught, but by watching and entering into Lapin’s world.’

This is exactly what we want to achieve with the Book ‘Lapin Is Hungry’. I am sure you will be aware this type of book – bilingual AND accessible – does not currently exist on the market and that it is very much needed by many parents and also teachers who lack resources for their Early Years language lessons.

But to make this book a reality, we need to raise some money. So we have set up a Crowdfunding Campaign which is Live and right here:

I would be very grateful if you could:

* take a few minutes to check out our campaign page (our video – you will meet Lapin – our research, professional backgrounds and publishing plans).

consider making a pledge for a reward or make a donation to help us make the book happen! Every pound will be much appreciated.

* Also, could you share this message with people around you, whether they are colleagues or personal contacts? To be successful, we need lots and lots of people to know about the project. So we are very grateful for all the sharing you can do.
