Thanks to people like you, 30 new ideas for The Crags were published during 30 days in March. Ideas were submitted, connections formed, projects started and big ideas debated.
Week one featured the story of Sarah and her idea to develop girls’ basketball at The Crags. Sarah’s story got the ball rolling and new ideas were submitted, ranging from re-openingThe Engine Shed building to creating a Science Club at The Crags.
During the second week, the ideas really began to flow. Gillian’s idea for aerial yoga was our featured story and we had ideas to develop a new place for mountain bikes, drama sessions for those with dementia and networking events to solve global problems.
Having reached the half-way point, the ideas kept coming with plans to organise a running group and art classes at The Crags. We also featured Angus Calder’s story to develop the Skelf Bike Skills Park outside The Crags.
