Release Dance Workshop
Another word for Release is ” liberation”. As we move through the space- releasing our arms, our legs, even our entire bodies- we can find a sense of liberation. The technique of liberation is based on the spiral, a symbol of infinity, a life force that stems from the depths of the earth, twisting through the body, connecting us with the cosmos and the inertia of all beings living and moving on this planet.
