Recommended for expectant mothers after 12th week of pregnancy

The classes are a gentle introduction to yoga designed specifically to get you relaxed and ready for birth.

Pregnancy yoga can help you with issues like swelling, cramps, sickness and mood changes. Practising yoga naturally massages the abdomen and helps with baby positioning. Finally, it lifts the overall energy level and has a direct influence on pelvic opening which is a great help during childbirth. Classes are taught by experienced Yoga teacher and mother of two boys.

No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats and cushions provided on the premises, so all you need is comfortable clothing and a good will!

In UK, you are entitled to paid time off work for antenatal care, including pregnancy yoga classes, when supported by your midwife or GP.

I am fully insured yoga teacher with RYT 200 certificate and have been teaching various yoga classes since 2008 including Vinyasa, Power Yoga, Fertility, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal, Mum & Baby Yoga and Children’s Yoga.
