Pole classes | Flexibility, Practice Time + Private Lessons

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Anyone aged 16+ (including female/male/older, etc.)
A weekly stretch to improve back, shoulder and leg flexibility. Flexibility Class, Pole Practice Time and Pole Fitness Private Lesson availability, all running alongside each other.

Improve your strength, flexibility, fitness level as well as your stamina and confidence in a work out that burns between 250 – 450 calories in 60 minutes! Our classes focus on a range of beautiful and fun spins, floorwork, strength and flexibility conditioning and inverted moves.

Pole classes | Intermediate + Pole Fitness

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Anyone aged 16+ (including female/male/older, etc.)
Once you are comfortable climbing and sitting, moving onto more advanced moves including inverts, poses, holds and combinations. Sitting, climbing and inverting are a prerequisite.

Improve your strength, flexibility, fitness level as well as your stamina and confidence in a work out that burns between 250 – 450 calories in 60 minutes! Our classes focus on a range of beautiful and fun spins, floorwork, strength and flexibility conditioning and inverted moves.

Pole classes | Beginners

Thursday 3 September
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Anyone aged 16+ (including female/male/older, etc.)
Suitable for complete beginners. Learn a range of beautiful spins, transitions and floor work as well as climbing and pole sits.
